Sometimes, when stuck in a dark place, we may not think positively about the outcome. We feel constant fear, overwhelmed by all of the challenges life throws at us. Sometimes hoping that “everything will work out the end” is a great remedy to life’s challenges. But no, life is much more complicated than that. Whenever our “hope” that everything will work out was not fulfilled, and when things still don’t go our way, we are shattered.
Have “faith” that everything will work out. Sometimes things don’t work out in our favor, but it at least will work out. Keep your faith, and do not underestimate the power of this faith.
Our ego love to be in control of everything since it gets to feel invincible, but all we can do is control our reactions to the situations. We don’t know what situation life throws at us, but we do have the choice to choose our reactions. We can choose to either hold on to hope or have faith.
Hope is an expectation that things will work out, but it can be shattered when reality doesn’t match our expectations, leaving us worse off than we started. That’s why hope is often seen as a bad thing disguised as good.
Faith, on the other hand, is different. It doesn’t falter when things go wrong. If you have faith in natural justice, karma, Dharma, the Dao, or any other natural-principle focused belief system, you can remain steadfast even in tough times. Your spirit won’t waver, and you’ll trust that life is consistent, even in the darkest moments. You don’t need to hope. You know that it’ll work out in the end. It’s a much higher level of hope.

It may not seem like so if currently you are stuck in a hard place, but if you manage to rise from the hardship, once you look back, you’ll see that indeed you turned out fine.

Sit back, relax, and let your mind wander into your memories. Think of challenging things that happened to you in the past. Reflect on them.
What was your state of mind when you were in that situation?
Do you think that you’ll never get out of that rut?
Where are you now? If, back then, all you can think of was that everything was so terrifying and challenging and that you probably could never escape that place, how come you are here?
You have probably escaped it, successfully. It has worked out in the end.
You have successfully navigated through all of life’s challenges up to this point, even when they may have seemed difficult. There is no reason to think that you won’t be able to handle whatever challenges come your way in the future, just as you have in the past.
You handled your 7-year-old problem with your 7-year-old knowledge. Then you handled your 14-year-old problems with your teenage wisdom. After that, as you reach your age of 27, you have to deal with issues that suit the level of a 27-year-old person. It’s a game.
Life has a way of working out, whether it follows our plans or presents unexpected opportunities.
Just remember that everything has worked out well in the past, how you made that happen, and how it felt. Transfer that feeling into your visualization of the past and the future, and you should feel more at peace. You don’t get attached to how things are supposed to unfold. You know that it’ll work out, and it’s better to not rush the process.

The Universe has a way of working things out
Alan Watts has several interesting ideas on this principle. He believed that the universe is not just a collection of individual, isolated things and events, but rather a complex and interconnected system where everything is interdependent and interrelated. Essentially we are not separated from the world, but a part of it – a highly intricate machine.
So what does this have to do with the idea of “everything will always work out”? Well, from his perspective, the universe has a natural order and rhythm that it follows, and this order is not imposed from the outside, but rather emerges from within the system itself. The system is so well organized with its own set of rules to abide by.
One of the key principles of this self-regulating system is the concept of yin and yang, which Watts often spoke about. Yin and yang are complementary opposites that exist in all things, and they are constantly interacting and balancing each other out. For example, light and dark, hot and cold, male and female are all examples of yin and yang. Watts believed that the universe is constantly balancing these opposites in order to maintain harmony and equilibrium.
Challenges you face on your path is just one part of the equation. Just as there is difficulty, there is also opportunity. Nothing is ever completely one-sided. There is always a balance, and everything is constantly in a state of flux and change, just as how night changes to day and day changes to night.
So, trust the universe. It may not seem like it at the moment, but once you have gone through it and look back, you’ll realize that everything has eventually fallen into place for you.

The Law of Attraction and Law of Abundance are both concepts based on the idea that we can manifest our desired outcomes through positive thoughts and beliefs. By focusing our energy on what we want rather than what we fear or lack, we can attract abundance and positivity into our lives.

There is no end, so just simply embrace the present moment
Eckhart Tolle is a spiritual teacher who emphasizes the importance of living in the present moment and cultivating a sense of inner peace and awareness. According to Tolle, the past and future are only concepts that exist in our minds, and the only reality is the present moment.
There is no ultimate end or destination that we are striving towards. Life is a continual unfolding process, and our focus should be on fully embracing each moment as it arises. If we manage to achieve that, we can cultivate a sense of peace and contentment that is not dependent on external circumstances. Whether things “work out” or not in the end is no longer important. All we have to do is focus on the present moment, and then that phrase simply becomes a reminder to keep moving forward when things get tough.
Trust that everything will work out in the end because everything is working out presently! It’s already unfolding, and there is no “end” anyway. And when we are at the supposed-to-be “end”, that will actually be our present, and things will still be working out! There only ever was the present.

If it hasn’t worked out yet, it’s not the end
Sometimes it’s simple. There are only 3 scenarios:
- It will work out in the end, you’re happy.
- It doesn’t work out as you expected but you find yourself comfortable with your situation, and you’re happy. It has worked out, to a certain extent
- If it hasn’t worked out, then it isn’t the end
If it worked out perfectly as you expected, then you have nothing to complain. Sometimes it doesn’t really work out as you hoped, but along with that you gained a lot of experience and wisdom. That’s how the universe rewarded you. Sometimes we don’t know what we really need. We think we need what we hope, but more often than not we actually need what the experience brings us.
If it hasn’t worked out yet, you have a journey to go. We don’t know what the future holds, but we must carry on.
Everything is impermanent
Things don’t last.
Think of a negative event in your life. Any event. Did you feel horrible while you were in the experience? How do you feel after the experience? It has passed, and you’re glad you survived. You gained wisdom.
Now think of a positive event.
Were you happy while you still have it? Do you wish it to last forever? Did it actually last forever?
Essentially, there is this inherent impermanence to all things in the world. Nothing stays the same forever. Happy experiences pass. Terrifying experiences also pass. They all “work out”. Everything in the past, no matter how terrifying it may have seemed at the moment, has shaped you to be who you are today. It makes you, you. And that is a beautiful thing.
We only know the lesson in hindsight
In the moment, we may not fully comprehend the lessons that life is trying to teach us. However, looking back on a situation with the benefit of hindsight allows us to see how it has shaped us and what we have learned from it. We thought that it didn’t work out at first, but then over time the little tidbits of wisdom we collected on the journey was in fact so much more valuable than what we hoped for in the beginning.

Undeterred by his previous failure, Immanuel Nobel went on to establish a mechanical workshop in Stockholm. However, the business struggled to make profits and eventually went bankrupt. To make matters worse, a fire broke out in the workshop, causing severe damage and further financial losses.
In another venture, Immanuel Nobel began experimenting with the production of synthetic rubber. Unfortunately, his attempts proved unsuccessful, and he was unable to achieve a viable formula. Despite investing significant time and resources, Immanuel Nobel was forced to abandon the project.
However, his legacy lived on through the accomplishments of his son and the contributions he made to the field of engineering. Alfred Nobel will ever be remembered as the man of explosions, and his name is now a renowned award for scientists and revolutionaries who dared to advance humanity’s knowledge.
Did things work out in the end for Immanuel Nobel? He faced so many challenges in his life, but he planted his relentless attitude, his strong will, and his endurance in his son, who carried on his work. Although it may seem like it’s a 1 in a million story, we can always keep in mind that things don’t always work out as we expected. We can only realize this in hindsight. The best thing we can do, in the midst of uncertainty, is keeping our faith.

The law of attraction is based on the idea that our thoughts and beliefs can shape our reality, and that we can attract positive experiences and outcomes by focusing on what we want and visualizing it as if it has already happened. Here are some steps to apply the law of attraction:
- Set a clear goal: Decide on what you want to manifest in your life, and be specific about it. Write it down and make it as clear as possible.
- Visualize your perfect life: Take some time every day to visualize yourself already living your dream life. Imagine it in great detail and try to feel the emotions that you would feel if it were already true.
- Stay optimistic and enthusiastic: Believe that your goal is possible and that you can achieve it. Don’t let doubts or fears hold you back. Stay enthusiastic and positive, even when it seems impossible.

Faith grounds us and to maintains our values and principles, even when the world around us seems chaotic and unpredictable.
In contrast, hope can be fragile and easily shattered. It is often tied to specific outcomes or goals and can leave us feeling disappointed or discouraged if those hopes are not fulfilled.
Trust The Process
Trusting the process is about staying focused on the journey, rather than becoming too fixated on the end result. It means having confidence in oneself and one’s abilities, and being willing to put in the time and effort required to achieve a desired outcome.
None of us know precisely what this life has in store for us. That is part of the beauty and the fun of living. What’s the point of playing a game when you already what’s about to happen? That game would be so boring. Let go of ego-driven desires and instead align ourselves with the flow of life, trusting that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
However, it doesn’t always unfold immediately. The process can be very long, and we may not have enough patience to trust the process. How do we escape that feeling? The key is to keep on bettering yourself, one breath at a time, one day at a time. Even if we just improve incrementally, like getting 1% better every day you’ll already be 37 times better by the end of the year. That is an absolutely amazing number.
Take Action
Taking action is the physical manifestation of our faith, and it requires us to put in the time, effort, and dedication necessary to achieve our goals. Action also allows us to test and refine our beliefs, and to learn from our successes and failures.
Keep in mind, the universe doesn’t unfold immediately. It takes time, sometimes a LOT of time for things to unfold, and taking action is the only way to build momentum and create a sense of forward movement towards our goals. We feel much easier overcoming feelings of doubt or uncertainty, as the act of taking action can provide a sense of directed clarity and purpose.
Combine taking action with a faith in the universe and you’ll be unstoppable.
